Spring Training Preview
Let's look ahead at the Spring Training schedule, and the decisions the Braves need to make this preseason.
Hello, Braves fans! We are back for another MLB season, and I'm more exited than ever. The lineup is full of stars, and the coaching staff looks golden. Spring Training is upon us, and here are some facts and things to look for during this preseason.
Watch out for Kelnic
Jared Kelnic has announced that he's ready to fulfill a starting position with the Braves, so he needs to truly prove himself in this Spring Training. For game one against Minnesota, he's leading off, so get ready to see him get plenty of playing time throughout the spring.
The bullpen locks might be decided
During this Spring Training, expect Atlanta to flow through a lot of pitchers, so they can truly decide those bullpen locks for the regular season.
Who will fill the final rotation spots?
The Braves still have some thinking to do when it comes to their rotation, so this Spring Training is a perfect time to flirt with different options. Whether it's Bryce Elder, or Ian Anderson, I think in time, they will come to a decision, and have a perfect rotation.
So, In conclusion, the Braves have some thinking to do when it comes to lineup locks, but I have a feeling this preseason is the perfect opportunity to build a little more, and get ready for the amazing season ahead. Go Braves!!!
